Email validator widget is not working, getting an error that server is down

    We are loosing customers as a results of this error:

    Error: Failed to send verification mail. It seems that server is down, please try again in a while.

    Sorry for the inconvenience. I was able to replicate the issue on my own form.

     

    I will escalate this issue to our developers so that they are aware about the problem. We'll let you know via this thread once an update is available.

    Hi Jan,

    This is very urgent as we have already opened the form for applicant and we are getting very high volume of emails regarding this issue that increased our work load. 

    Please escalate this as high priority. Just couple of days left for the application to be filled.

    First of all, we apologize again for the inconvenience. This thread is already assigned to one our developers and it is in Urgent priority. I'll ask for an update from our developer about this issue. I can also see that you already opened your own thread.

    Looks like it never escalated. Please route it to the service manager ASAP now.

    This is impacting our business.

    Unfortunately, the problem on this specific widget is not yet fixed. We will notify our developers assigned on this problem. Apologies for the inconvenience.

    We're sorry for the downtime - the server error has been fixed - and your email verification field will work as expected.
