    Hi guys,

I was wondering if you could help me the the below link?

    https://form.jotform.com/60614949076160

When customers are filling out the form and emailing it to us, the subject line reads, "Summer Camp Registration 3rd-5th Graders"  This is confusing our customers because either they are not filling out the form for summer class but rather fall or spring.  Or their child is not a 3rd-5th grader.

How do I change this subject line?

    Thanks,

    David Minihan

You can easily modify the subject of any notification. Just press the EMAIL button on the top toolbar on the FormBuilder and select the notification in question

In the EMAIL tab of the wizard, you will see the subject of the email. You can just delete the the existing subject and enter the subject you wish. If you wish to include a field of the form, this also can be done.
