    Good Afternoon

I have one form that has been working for a year for the GC Fair Parade form and now today I am trying to set the GC Fair Membership and I keep getting a PayPal error.

The seller accepts encrypted website payments only. You cannot pay the seller through un-encrypted buttons. Please contact your seller for more details.

Can you tell me what I might be doing wrong? I really want to take this site live today but I can't until I figure this out.

    Thanks

    Caryn

if I embed the jotform code into me website rather than running on your url. That doesn't make sense but its the only thing I see different.

    Thanks

    Caryn

It seems that the issue is related to the PayPal account.

Please turn off Encrypted Website Payments by following these instructions:

    1. Log in to your PayPal account

    2. Click Profile

    3. Click My Selling Tools.

    4. Under Selling online, locate Website Preferences and click Update

    5. In the Encrypted Website Payments section, select Off

    6. Click Save

Let us know how it goes. Let us know if you need any further assistance. We will be happy to assist.
