Last week I contacted Jotform to report that my registration page was not working. When people go to my website (www.caribbeanshipper.com) to register or send me a message on my contact us page I do not get the information forwarded to my email address (mike@caribbeanshipper.com).
After contacting jotform last week I was told it was fixed yet I'm still not getting the info... HELP!!!!!

It looks like that your spam protection rejected the email notification once again.
There is a chance that your form title is considered as spammy.
I would like to suggest replacing the {form_title} in your email subject and email body with something neutral. Please see the next animation.
