Does the form views allowance renew every month?

The site is not quite ready for the world. I had some trouble getting the forms just right but I would like to get customers in before upgrading. How can I find out if and when the allowance renews?

    Thank you

As a free user subscriber, you can have a 1,000 form views per month. The form view counter resets every first day of the month. It will reset back to 0 on September 01, 2016.

If you need further help, let us know. Thank you.

I have just reviewed your FORM ANALYTICS report. As you can see for the CONTACT US form, it was viewed 185 times on August 1st and 155 times on the 5th. It is possible that you have reached the limit very quickly if you combine all the views of the rest of the forms.

You can always remove the view limit by adding our Jotform Logo in your forms. You can add it by opening your ACCOUNT->SETTINGS page and checking the JOTFORM FOOTER.

    Hi there,

Thanks for the info guys. I have been working on the website which has required me to view the forms multiple times. As you may be able to tell from any account up-time or form input data, its just me getting the forms to sit wel in my website. Once I have begun I am sure there would no problem with subscription costs but I am yet to make the website known to the public.

Any chance you could have a look in to my account for this month please? I plan to get started next week.

    Thanks guys

I understand your situation. It seems that you are testing your website while the form is embedded. This is the reason why you got so many form views. Each refresh of the form will be counted as a view. Please check this very detailed guide: Form-View-Limits-What-is-it-all-about

As a one time accommodation, I will reset your form views back to 0. Please take note that this is one time only so be aware about how the form views work.

    Hope that helps. Thank you.

Certainly does help. I didnt realise I viewed it so many times but saw it as one view, given the purpose of views. Thank you for your assistance and taking the time to explain.

    Hi again John,

Sorry to be a nuisance but it seems that there is still a quota limitation. Any chance you could have a look?

    Thank you

Do not worry, we are here to help.

I have just reviewed the account and for some reason it indicated you were over the limit. After reviewing all your forms and limits, I did not see that you have reach any of our limits.

I have modified the account so it does not indicate you are over the limit. Please let us know if you require further assistance.

    Hi agan,

Sorry to bother you again but the form submission is saying its exceeded again. I havent yet promoted it and on my server analytics, it says I am the most frequent visitor; that only a few other people have viewed, which seems about right at this time. I have noticed where there are ways to promote you guys for extra submissions. I dont mind doing that anyway - I like your forms but could we please lift the restrictions as it would allow me to complete the mobile version of the site. Its for a good cause and you are welcome to visit my site: http://tsubogold.com

    Thank you

Unfortunately, we can't lift the form view limits anymore because we already did it the first time. The Get More submissions feature is only for increasing the monthly submissions and not the form views.

Please take note that the form views counter will reset back to 0 every 1st day of the month.

    Hope you understand. Thank you.

Im not sure I understand, specifically. Do the 1000 views apply to people preparing for business? I believed that it was regarding other people who see the content. Anyway, I was advised this by one of your colleagues:

The preview in the form builder will not be counted over the limit. Viewing the form in your browser while you are logged in is also not being counted. I think there is a discrepancy in the counter, I've recalculated your usage and that seems to have fixed it. Please check again.
