I'm using an employment application template and there is an automated email that is generated from it with the name of the company that was used in the template. How do I remove that. Additionally, though I changed the name of the company in one of the questions to our company's name I still see the template company on our end (not the candidate side.) (on the form it's under Employment desired "have you ever applied to JLB before?) The correct company is JLB but in the candidate form we get it shows up as the former company. How do I change/remove that?Page URL:

Apologies for any inconvenience, however, when I checked the form, I am not seeing any name of other company in it. I also checked the email notifier on the form and how it is set up and I believe you have already updated it so it will be suited for your company. If, in any case, I have missed checking something in your form, please help us understand your concern by elaborating it more. Adding screenshots would really be a great help. One more thing, I have noticed that you are collecting sensitive information in your form like "Social Security Number". I suggest you consider reading our terms with regards to collecting such information.
