I've even tried to forward them to my email and nothing! My email is not the issue as I sent my email a test message.
I am not over quota - I have lots of space on my jotform account. Any assistance is appreciated!Page URL:

Could you please try submitting the form with another email address as a receiver(Gmail,hotmail or yahoo) and let us know if it works for you.
It could happen that your email provider spam filter is blocking the notification email.
We'll wait for your response.
