I work on Microsoft Surface - and having trouble with the Form Builder

    Hi,

     

    I am now working on a Microsoft Surface and jotform is not working as well for me as it was on my desktop computer.  Is there anything I can do?  

     

    Specifically, I am having trouble with the drag/drop feature.  If I add a new field it immediately goes to the bottom of the form rather than where I want to put it.

    The browser is the more important requirement for the Form Builder to work. The Form Builder do support most latest browsers at this time.

    What version of Edge browser were you using? I also test it on the latest Edge IE 14 ver and it was working as it should.

    Please try also updating your browser if available. Let us know if you continue to have issue.

    I have been working I chrome and will give this a try.  Thank you!
