How can I open encrypted form when .key file fails?

    I created a form and encrypted it and saved the .key file to another machine that was to receive the emails. When we open the email it does not ask for the key file. What am I doing wrong?

    I have since removed the encryption from this form.

    Hi,

    Please try to regenerate am encryption key for your form and try that new key to decrypt the form. The new key should work.

    Before doing that, can you please send us the encryption key so we can try decryption the submission data? You can send it to support@jotform.com with subject "Thread: 900228". Please inform us once you have sent the email.
