    I received an e-mail today that appears to confirm an order for $70 that I have not  placed.  I have never heard of your company nor have I issued a $70 check to you.  Please respond.

    I have a question my account was closed but without any explanation and I have two business and is because I have two account opened. I would like to rectified the situations.

    Hi, I received an email from JotForm stating that my account has been downgraded. My PayPal card doesn’t expire until January of 2017. This means the end of January 2017. A new card has been issued and is being sent, but in the meantime, I have already paid for this subscription via my Paypal account and the monthly renewal isn’t until January 20, 2017. I don’t want to give them another card when the account is fine and Paypal is sending me a new card. What do I need to do since JotForm has downgraded my account?
