I have trouble with a form

Im using this form https://form.jotformz.com/53363504648660  integrated with Google SpreadSheet, in last modification the form no send email notification and charge time and day of sended in Google Spreadsheet

First of all, thank you for providing the screenshot of your issue. It seems the values of  submission date and the values of  DateTime fields are not visible in your google SpreadSheets. I've cloned and tested your form. I am not able to reproduce the same issue that you’re having.

Can you remove your integration and re-integrate your Google spreadsheets integration?

 It should fix the issue. If this does not resolve the issue, please let us know and we will be glad to take another look.
