My LEED for Homes Final Review Submittal Package has 7 upload file fields and 3 of which are required to submit the form. I am not receiving the files that submitters are uploading through the upload file field. They shouldn't be able to submit the form without filling out all required fields but we are still receiving notifications devoid of uploaded files. The problem is that the notifications of submissions do not contain the required upload file documents. Please let me know why this may be happening and how the issue can be solved.

Sorry for this issue you are experiencing. The uploaded files are not attached together with submissions in the recieved emails. We do not support such feature. The emails submissions only include the URL of the uploaded file and you can access this files using this link.

I don't see any links to the uploaded file in the e-mail notifications I get. I only see the file if I log on to the jotform site.
Is the e-mail link broken just now?

Could you please open a new thread about your issue? also provide us with either the URL where form is embedded or the Form ID?
