I need to access a form I created under a different user name.

After playing with the details of the form I was creating I finished it. Now I want to use it under a different account on Jotform. 

I have tried sharing the template but it doesn't stop "working" to publish the template on the site.

Are you indicating that you created a form in a different account. If you can provide the URL of the form, we can can help you transfer that particular form into your account.

this is the URL for the specific form I am trying to transfer to another account under the email musicevents@calbaptist.edu from energeticmusicpro@gmail.com account.
