How are overages of submissions handled?

    Some sites charge a certian dollar (or cents) amount for every submission over the specific plan. If I had a paying plan and went over the allowed submissions would there be a charge (or auto upgrade to the next bracket), or would the submissions be declined or ignored?

    Thanks for this good question. We do have accounts with different set submission quotas and other privillages. If one exceeds allocated quota of their existing  account and assuming that the user do not want to upgrade, they will not receive any submission to their accounts for that remaining part of month, till another reset is done on account as first of previous month. However if a user makes and upgrade to higher account, the accumulated usage is reset and user starts to enjoy benefits of account they have upgraded to.

    Thanks!! Is there a place that shows your 'used submission' number or a 'remaining submission' number to keep track 'at a glance' to know if an upgrade is needed?

    Yes, there is by simply going to My Forms > Account Status on the left side.

    Another question on this matter:


    Suppose that I have exceeded my allocated quota of submissions for a biven month on day 15th of that month. I will not receive more submissions until I upgrade my account. But if I upgrade on 18th of that month, will I receive the "lost" submissions from 15th to 18th, or are they totally lost?
