    It is possible that the email form title did not update automatically. Please try the following steps:

    1. Click the "Emails" button in the top toolbar.

    2. Hover the Notification and then click the "Edit" button.

    3. In the Email Editor, you can edit the email title by placing your cursor and then deleting it.

    4. When you're done, please save the changes and verify if the issue is fix.
