Its very hard to pay my clients reservations when you are blocking the information they submitted to me so i can pay their stuff. Not right to go and block it.

Collecting credit card information through plain text fields is strictly prohibited by Jotform and it is considered a violation of our terms. Your account has violated this rule so the credit card numbers on your forms have been replaced with hash symbols (#).
If you want to collect credit card information without charging it, you will need to use one of the available payment integrations in Jotform such as Paypal, Stripe or Authorize.Net. Otherwise, our anti-phishing tool will automatically suspend or disable your account. You can check out this guide on How to Enable Payment Authorization.
