I am having a paid account, but my account says out of space

    Hi There,

    I just received receipt for my bi-yearly subscription to JotForm, but when I go on my account, it says I'm almost out of space because I have a "free" account.  I can assure you I don't have a free account.  

    I am attaching a screenshot of the email I got for receipt of payment.

    It seems that there is a technical issue with the subscription active on your account. As I check that, I see that there are two active subscriptions on your account PSAK9. While this bi-yearly subscription active on the account, it looks like that you have subscribed again for Bronze Yearly subscription again on Apr 21, 2016. I have now cancelled the Bronze yearly subscription and processed the refund for the last payment for this subscription.

    I have now changed the account to Premium Bi-yearly subscription which was renewed yesterday. Your account is now in good standing will be renewed on Apr 21, 2018.
