Are you able to submit a form for approval and then a final submit once approved?

Worker submits forms to supervisor, supervisor approves and submits for final entry. 

Jotform is not really meant to create workflows. It was really meant to just create forms so users can submit information.

There are some workarounds that users can create so simulate a workflow approval form.

The form provided in that thread has some hidden fields. Once the supervisor enters the proper code, the fields will be displayed so he can approve or reject the form.
