I was using a guest account and have now registered for a free account as I was running out of space. The registration form I had sent out from the guest account is showing in my new account. It's also showing the submissions that I'd received so far on the free account, but all of the details for the submissions are gone (name of respondent etc). Can you transfer the details over to my new account please?

The submissions are actually there but seem like they're stuck on our US server after you create your account. I was able to recover the data by unchecking and checking the Europe Datacenter in your account.
