Is there a widget that lets the user go back to specific sections?

In order to allow our users to save their work for each question, I've included page breaks after each one.

Is there a way to include a link or button so they could go back to the beginning, or go back to the beginning of a section?

The form tabs widget will allow you to add tabs at the top of the form for each section:

This will allow users to navigate between the different section of the form without having to use the back/next buttons.
