Why is it saying "Form in restore mode try again later?"

I created a form and it isnt allowing me to share the link without an error..

I have checked your account, and the status of your account was "Dormant". Because of that you were unable to view the Form.

Now, I have activated your account, so now you will be able to view all of your form, without error. Please check.
