I am trying to add a sub-User with access to select form. When I setup the new user, Jotform tells me that an invite email has been sent, but nothing is received by the user. I have made three attempts to no avail. The User is checking her spam folder and has no filters that would prevent delivery.
Is there a way to setup a new user manually?
Does user that you trying to share your form with have JotForm account? If not they first need to create account and then you will be able to share your form.
In case that account is created and invite email was not received, please provide us email address or username of that account. Maybe email address of that account is in the bounce list and because of that invite email was not sent.

I am having the same issue. Very frustrated as our users need access to this to complete work
thank you for the reply. It worked. Though its really not that intuitive
that we would have to manually create and account and then "share" the form
with the sub-user's separate account.

Actually, the correct process in setting up sub users doesn't require you (main account) to manually create the sub account and then share the forms.
There must be a glitch in our sub accounts feature the reason the email invite was not being received by the intended recipient email.
The invited sub user was suppose to be the one to create their account and then they will be automatically be able to access your shared forms.
The invited sub user should have receive an email invite like this
As you can see on the example email, there is option to create an account (the sub account).
I have forwarded this thread to our higher team support so that they can also check why the target email recipients were not able to receive the email invite to become sub accounts.
We will notify you here for any updates on the status.
