Hell, The submissions that were encrypted have all this weird text.

Hell, The submissions that were encrypted have all this weird text. I click on the submission, but there is nothing prompting for the key so that the text can be decrypted. What am I doing wrong.

    Thanks

    Hello bacdeltaacademy,

Is it possible that the form had the form encryption disabled? Can you share with us the link to the form, or the name so we can have a look?

We'll be looking forward to your response.

    Thanks.
