PDF Designer: Only one uploaded image appears on customized PDF

I have several forms where I upload pictures.  The submissions show the pictures.  See Below on left is the submission and on the right is the PDF.

How can I get the pictures to show up on the PDF submission?

I was able to reproduce this problem. It is happening when you customize your PDF design.

I have escalated this to our developers so they can resolve this problem. We will let you know via this thread once this is fixed.

For now, we suggest to remove the custom PDF Design in your form to reset your PDF design into the default one. This should give you a better PDF output with all the uploaded images.

Here's how:

1. Select the form in your My Forms page

2. Click the Reports button and delete the PDF Design
