I used this template when creating a form. I edited the form to meet my needs, but I just received an email submission and the logo from the template is showing at the top(as you can see in the image below) even though I edited the form and placed my logo into it. The form itself doesn't have the template's logo in it(image below), just the email has it. How do I change it?

Your form's email notification still had the original logo from the template, which is why you see that logo in your email notification. However, I checked your form's current email notification and it seems that you have successfully changed it to your own logo. The issue appears to be resolved.
