Form won't render on Firefox.

    Hey I really need some help fast here. My form will not render on Firefox but looks great on chrome and Safari. Here is the URL: http://eatify.io/lov2/

    I checked your form on Firefox and it is showing just fine. I don't see any problem with it.

    Did you manage to resolve the problem?
