    Hello,

I am not sure I understand your question completely. Perhaps you can re-phrase the questions and provide us more details. Although, I do get it a bit on the payment word clue, I am assuming you wanted to create a payment form.

For starter, you may want to check this guide Payment Form Basics to get a better understanding on how to setup payment forms.

Should you have more inquiries, please inform us. Thanks.

It will really help if you can provide us the form ID you are working on. I check your account for the form that uses any of the payment tools but I could not find any.

Which payment tool are you using? Is it the Purchase Order?

The create 'formulari' is the part I cannot understand yet(sorry for that).
Did you mean instead add Quantity option?

Thank you for your patience. I will try to assist you till we sorted it out.

Ok. Perhaps you need to logout on the account, clear your browser cache, then log back in. Sometimes the browsers do weird things on what you do on the application.

For the meantime, I am preparing some instructions here, with screen captures that could hopefully help you understand better how the payment tools work in particular.

I will be back in a bit.

    Hi,

I hope with this pictured instructions, we can achieve what is needed.

Everytime you use the payment tools, it will start the Payment Wizad(1st picture) to guide you in setting up your product payment forms. Just follow and read the intuitive instructions, you will do fine.

The 2nd picture shows you how to add multiple products and name them. You simply repeat number number 1 & 2 to add several products.

You can also add other property like Quantity on the products. Simply click on number 3 & 4.

You can change the details, example instead of word Quantity, you can put Kilograms. Number 5 & 6

At the end, you simply click on Saved Products and the wizard will be completed.

On the last picture is the Purchase order form with the 2 products I created as example. You can see the quantity options and the total field.

I hope this help you in completing your form. Please inform us if you still need further help.

    Thanks.

OK, I seem to understand this... you can check the Pricing here, for more details.

If you are on FREE account(which you are now), the recieve payment will be limited to only 10 per month, while premium is 1,000 and professional is 1,000,000.

There is no limit on how many products you put on the form.. the limitation will be on the payment process.

Hope this is answers it. Thanks.

    Hi artxerox,

We will probably have to wait for my colleague who can understand the language much better to answer this time. I will leave this question 'unanswered' so that it can be answered appropriately.

    Thank you for your patience.
