Support Ticket

    I submitted a support ticket earlier in which someone replied. 

    My issue wasn't answered and I would like to know how do I continue the communication in regards to my earlier support ticket since I cannot reply to the person who replied to me?

    I see a new response from you around the same time you posted this question, our support team answers to our users from old to new threads, so you should receive an answer when someone in the team gets assigned to that thread.
