My Enrollment form has been disabled. I believe I caused this by using the word "password" in a field in a new form I was creating. I need this form to be re-enabled as soon as possible. Please help.

I see you have posted a duplicate thread on the same issue. Please see my response on your other thread here: https://www.jotform.com/answers/904537. Your forms are now enabled, but we do suggest to refrain from adding password fields or other fields that violate jotform's terms to avoid getting suspended. Cheers.
