    How do I set the paypal draft to start the week of class. Currently it is set up to charge a 15.00 enrollment fee but then the customer is being drafted before the class start date which does not begin until 8/23.

    If I understand you correctly, you would like users to fill in the form but not be charged immediately. If this is the case you can enable the AUTHORIZATION ONLY attribute in the properties of the payment field:

    How to Enable Payment Authorization

    Once you have enabled you will be able to charge clients at a later time.
