My freelance web designer designed my form but has now fallen off the face of the earth

    I don't know her password just her user name.  Can you reset this for me to fix with my new web designer?  I don't want the old freelancer copied on my form.

    I have inspected websites you provided and I found three forms on this pages:

    All forms are created on account with username trickynek. I am not sure what you want to reset. If you want us to move mentioned forms to your account, we can do that only if that request is made from account (trickynek), on which forms are created.

    If you want to do something else, please explain in more details what you are trying to achieve.

    I don't have the password for trickynek. They are my forms but she created them. I want to take her off the forms but keep them on my web sites.

    The forms belongs to a paid account, which apparently is the acct of your previous web designer as it is being paid under the name of Nikki Kostyun.

    What I can recommend is to clone the current forms and remove the links from your website, then add the links of the newly created clones. Here is a guide on how to do that:
