iOS app: Upgradng not reflecting status in app

    I just concern using apps does not see my status is silver and thus omit all privileges I have from silver plan assuming I am still at basic

    Hi Don,

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Do you mean you are not getting the usage and limits of your Silver account while using the iOS app? Make sure to update the iOS mobile app to the latest version and see if this makes any difference.

    If that’s not exactly what you’re looking for, can you explain a bit more so I can help you better?

    My iOS is latest at 17 and based on screenshot I sent on apps I am not seeing that update which your colleague Eric has answered me that is only available online and not on mobile phone. I just want to make sure I still get all benefits as silver plan member tks .

    This has no account and clicking on “ premium plan” it didn’t reflect my silver membership

    Thanks for getting back to us. As mentioned by my colleague, unfortunately, you can't see much information in the mobile app. As for the limits and usage, you are eligible to use the limits and usage of the Silver plan. Let us know if you are having any issues with the limits and usage on the mobile app, and we can investigate it further.
