When I attempt to process a credit card payment on my form, I'm receiving an error.

If you want to process the payment on your forms, without redirecting your users to another page, then you should use these integrations:
Authorize.net: https://apps.jotform.com/app/authorize.net
PayPal Pro: https://apps.jotform.com/app/paypal_pro_integration
Stripe: https://apps.jotform.com/app/stripe_integration
Braintree: https://apps.jotform.com/app/braintree_integration
I have checked your form and I can see you have properly set up a PayPal Pro integration, I can see it when I click on the "Test Integration" button:
Unfortunately, I cannot test your integration with a real payment, but when I tried with a testing Credit Card I can see it shows "Invalida Configuration" message:
Could you please try removing the integration and adding it once again?
Please, also verify that the API info you're providing is correct, try testing the integration and let us know if this is the same error you're getting on your end.
We will wait for your response.

I removed and added the integration, but im still getting "Invalid
Configuration". Is there a way that I can just remove the credit card
option and just have the PayPal option?

@westaylorjr
Base on Paypal API Error, "invalid merchant configuration" error occurs when you have not agreed to the Paypal's billing agreement or if the billing agreement is disabled or inactive in your Paypal account.
We suggest you check this in your Paypal account or contact Paypal Support to get an assistance with regards to this matter.

If you want to hide the credit card option in your form, inject this CSS codes to your form.
[data-type="control_paypalpro"] .form-address-table tr+tr > td:first-child {
display: none;
}
Guide: http://www.jotform.com/help/117-How-to-Inject-Custom-CSS-Codes (paste it into the bottom section if you have existing CSS codes injected in your form)
Thank you!
