Embed music

Hey nbicket,

I'm assuming you want to embed a music background or playlist to your form. I suggest you to check our audio widgets page category. There's a two widgets that I recommend: 

1. Soundcloud widget - demo form

2. Spotify widget - demo form

Also, please check the answered of my colleague on this thread if you don't want to use spotify widget or soundcloud widget.
