Facebook Tab: Is there any way in which you can decide which forms are accessible

Is there any way in which you can decide which facebook forms are accessible through you facebook? I am trying to build and few forms for internal company use only but I dont them to be viewable on the facebook app.

The form tab on your Facebook page will show only one form to the Facebook user.

The form selection menu is available only to the Facebook page owner. It is used to select a single form which will be displayed on the tab.
