Hi,
I have just tried twice to submit a form and the browser times out. (Clearly, my internet is working because here I am asking about it!)
Any guidance would be appreciated.

I just tested your form, and it submitted just fine(even with the uploaded files):
Have you tried in another browser, or device?

I tried FireFox on two different Win7 computers.

Please try clearing your browser cache.

I just tried it in IE and it worked. Hooray.
If I ever pass this way again, I'll wade into FireFox menu options more deeply.
