I think the answer is probably no but I was wondering if there's any script or set-up possible so someone could get a notification of respondents from a set list who haven't submitted a form?

Can you tell us were the 'set list' will be base on? Was it on the form also?

It is possible to filter those who did not submit the form if they were not selected from the existing set list.

Example, if you have a Dropdown list of names of the expected respondents, and only those names on the list selected will be able to submit the form, then you will know who did not submit the form because the name was not selected.

You can check this user guide on how to create conditional email.

Here is also a test form you can test.

Let me use a more specific example.

    https://form.jotform.com/61927143925157 is my form.

Is it possible to get an automated email at a certain time every day informing me who from the list of emails has NOT submitted a form?

    thank you

Unfortunately no. There is no automated way to achieve this using the form only.

You can probably achieve using scheduled task in your email service. This kind of application is usually done at the back end service (in this case your email service).

You need to setup a scheduled task in the email service to send out an auto email alert base on time.

Hope this help in a way. Let us know if there is more we can assist you with.
