I see that your account is currently holding Bronze monthly subscription and it is being paid using PayPal. The subscription can be cancelled from the PayPal dashboard by following the steps below:
1. Log into your PayPal account
2. Find the latest payment you made to us
3. Click on your subscription number
4. Click on "Cancel Subscription" button.
When you cancel your subscription you will not be charged again. But your account will hold Bronze status until your next billing date.
