I have followed directions to first log in, select form, edit the form and save it. When I edit the form, the Save icon spins and never stops. I am wasting time editing my form which frequently does not save. Something is fundamentally wrong.

Currently I could not reproduce the issue on my side. I test using a clone of your form and saving to modification using the Form Builder work just fine.
on the live form...
For initial troubleshooting purpose, can please try first closing your browser and redo the login process. Login at https://www.jotform.com/login and then open your form in the Form Builder.
You can try also disabling first the auto save feature.

If this still did not work, please try also using a different browser. Try using Chrome browser alternatively if you are using a different browser.
