i am having issues with the SFDC integration to contact.
i created a basic form and when i submit it, nothing happens, all the checks are green in the integration but the data is not pushed over.

I have tested the integration and it is working on my end:
I would suggest you to use the same field type on your form as the field type you have in your SalesForce account, for example, if you're asking for email, use the "Email" field on JotForm, if you want to get the address, use the "Address" field on JotForm.
Also, verify that the info you've provided is correct, try removing the integration and adding it once again, if the issue still persists, please provide us the form you're trying to integrate as well as the fields you're mapping, we will be glad to test on our end and find why it does not work with your form.

the issue is on the Contact object, not the account, tried what you suggested but still nt working

Unfortunately, I am not able to reproduce the same issue that you’re having. It is updating the contact info in salesforce without any issues.
Could you also try to test it with a different email address that you've not submitted your form before? Because it is updating the existing contact if there is a duplicate submission.
We would appreciate it if you could also test it on your side and let us know the result.
