Hi,
I checked the account/username BLADEOFGRASS and it is currently Active and available.
Can you please clarify why you could not login to the account?
Was there any error message visible when logging at https://www.jotform.com/login ?
If there is, can you please describe to us.I did test the account and login was working.

I could not get in through the link below - the error message said JotForm
was unavailable, I believe.
I am all set now, I eventually did get in.

Thank you for updating us. It might have been a temporary issue that involves a high volume traffic on our website. Although we have not encountered an issue related to that one today, but if you encounter having difficulty logging in again, please let us know.

Apologies for the inconvenience. Our developers have informed us that they upgraded our servers which caused the "5XX JotForm is unavailable" error message. But this has now been resolved.
Could you please try again? If you are still experiencing the issue, please do try clearing your browser's cache and see if the problem persist after that.
