Many form users are getting a message saying that they have not entered enough digits in the credit card. Please help.

Although I've tested your form using a testing Credit Card, I got this message:
On the Authorize.net developers page shows that the Credit Card number should contain "Between 13 and 16 digits without spaces".
The testing Credit Card I'm currently using contains 16 numbers, so I should get a message saying that the Credit Card number is invalid.
Could you please confirm us that this is the same error your customers are getting?
If possible, please provide us a screenshot of the exact error they're getting, we will be glad to forward this thread to our developers if needed.
