I have a JotForm in the upper right corner of my website, but it doesn't appear correctly unless you click on the words above it, "GET ON THE LIST", after which is resolves itself to the correct position. Any idea on how I can fix this? I assume it's something going on in the CSS.
Here is the URL of the page:

That's most peculiar. I'm assuming you're using Firefox because in Chrome it's not being displayed at all! (Click or no click.)
Try changing the transparency attribute of the form's iFrame from true to false and let us know if that helps.

That didn't seem to do anything.

Are we still talking about the same issue? Since you made the change, I've viewed the site in several browser/platform combinations and each time the form loads just fine. Which browser and operating system are you using? Try clearing your browser's cache or using a different browser.
If perchance you're actually referring to the highlighting that occurs when the form's field is focused upon (clicked on) load the form into the form builder and while on the Setup & Embed tab, click Preferences > Field Styles > Highlight Effect > Disabled > Close Settings > Save the form:
(Click image to zoom to actual size)
The only other issue I noticed was a slight clipping of the bottom of the submit button in some browsers (ex: Firefox ) which can probably be corrected by adding a padding-bottom property (with a yet to be determined value) to the iFrame's style attribute.
Does any of this help?

I ended up changing some margins in the CSS and that's what finally fixed the problem.
