Why is my email address blocked from recieving email notifications?

    Today i just realized that my form has had several submissions this year. when i went to check why my email notifications were not working and tried to send a test email to myself, it said my email address "audrey@urbansolutionssf.org" is blocked. As i get few sign ups for our mailing list using jotform on our website, i don't understand what i could have done that would merit it being blocked. Please let me know what the issue is. Thank you.

    Sorry for any inconveniences caused by this issue. I have now removed your email address (audrey@urbansolutionssf.org)  from the bounce list.

    This sometimes it happens when your email service provider rejects our emails at some point or when they're not available to received message from us.
