Go to the form edit page, choose the setup&share tab press email alerts:
TO CHANGE THE RECIPIENT IT SENDS TO: Choose he recipient you want to change. On the bottom of the page that comes up press the Reply-To and Recipient settings. Change the recipient email and press Finish.
TO CREATE A NEW RECIPIENT: Click the Add New Email. Then go through the wizard.
TO DELETE A RECIPIENT: Choose the recipient you want to delete, then on the bottom left hand corner of the page that comes uppress Delete email.
