I am a web designer that uses JotForm on several of my websites. Yesterday, I recommended that one of my new clients open up her own JotForm account so that I could create the new forms she needed there. I logged in tonight and started building a new form and then all of a sudden it would not longer let me EDIT any of the fields. I finally logged out and logged in with another Browser and I get the following message when I try to login with her USERNAME & PASSWORD: "Due to terms of use violation, your account has been suspended. It was suspected to be used for phishing. If you think this is a mistake please contact us to resolve this issue".

How could there be a violation when I never even completed her first form???

I checked the account/username pagliasso   and it is currently Active and forms are available at this time.

If you forgot the login password, you can reset it using the 'Forgot Password' link in the login page https://www.jotform.com/login . The password reset instruction will be sent to your email.

Let us know if you continue to have problem accessing your account.
