problem with responsive form

    Hi I have created the following form

    I hav made it responsive. However, the date entry is spanning across three lines which is a pain as i would like on one row where you select date like it does on a desktop browser.  All help would be appreciated

    If you add DateTime Single widget to your form instead of date time field, it seems  that your issue will be solved. This is the screen shot of how it is seen after adding this widget. Please note that you can disabled time selector.

    To add this widget to your form, you just need to search "DateTime Single" in "More Fields " at the left menu and then just drag and drop to your form and arrange setting according to your wishes.
