Hi -- our nonprofit is looking at using jotform for one of our volunteer programs, so that volunteers can register online to volunteer with us. My question is related to "total submission storage." I"m not sure what it means. Does that mean that after 500 people have filled out a registration form and submitted it, no matter in what time period, then we could no longer accept registrations unless we upgrade? Thanks

    Hello Jen,

Submission storage is the total number of submissions across all the forms in your account. That means if you have more than 500 submissions in your account, the oldest submission will be deleted when you receive a new submission. So if you pass the limit you can accept registrations but older ones will be deleted.
