My users are reporting trouble using the service.

I checked your form and tested it out, everything is working fine.
1. I was able to open this form using the direct URL (https://www.jotform.com/62293793045966).
2. I did a test submission. I saw the Thank You page after hitting the submit button.
3. I also checked your email logs and I can see that the notifications are being sent successfully.
Please provide the URL of the webpage where the form is embedded. There is a possibility that the webpage has a problem or an issue. We need to check it first before investigating it further.
Also, can you please ask the user what is the exact problem they're experiencing. This will help us in terms of isolating the issue.
