    I am trying to renew previous and its trying to charge me $319. This is not the locked in price

    I see that your Jotform account  immigrationpassportvisa is now holding free subscription which was downgraded. Unfortunately, it is not possible to renew the subscription with the old prices since the old subscription was deactivated and it was not renewed. Also, the offer period to renew with old prices is over and the new prices are effective now. It is required to upgrade with new pricing plans now.

    This is a scam, firstly this should have renewed, we receive regular email from jotform and yet no renewal emails from you. You have downgraded this for the sole putties of extorting more money for the same service that was sold with a locked in price forever. Not only did you charge twice last year with no refund but now you are wanting $120 more than the guaranteed price of $199 because you have chosen not to renew it or send renewal emails. We have been using this service in last few days and also now renewal warnings. So I guess it's time to find a new provider

    Jotform is a serious company and will never scam you.
